  Log in to your Vodafone account online or visit a local retail store with your proof of purchase to start the returns process and receive a return authorization.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your device using the original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer care team or generated through the online portal.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and ensure all data has been wiped, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
